Four workers killed after 3-story rice mill collapses in northern India

At least four people were killed and about 18 others injured after a three-story rice mill building collapsed at night in the northern Indian state of Haryana, local media reported on Tuesday.
Many workers are still feared to be trapped inside, and rescue operations are currently underway.
