In an exclusive interview with CGTN host Tian Wei, Michele Wucker, the author of book "The Gray Rhino: How to Recognize and Act on the Obvious Dangers We Ignore," said that three rhinos including financial fragility, climate change and inequality are hitting the world. She pointed out that dual circulation recognizes the growing capacity within China for being a consumption-driven economy, not just an investment-based economy.
