Russian President Vladimir Putin has visited the Kherson and Luhansk regions, the Kremlin said on Tuesday.
Putin attended a military command meeting at the headquarters of the "Dnieper" army group in the Kherson region, and visited Russian national guard headquarters in the Luhansk region.
In Kherson, Putin heard reports from commanders of the airborne forces and the "Dnieper" group as well as other senior officers who briefed him on the situation in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, the Kremlin added.
