The Armed Forces of Ukraine, retreating from Bakhmut two days ago, blew up 4 high-rise buildings, killing at least 20 civilians, including children, TASS news agency reported, citing Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) law enforcement agencies.
Ukraine has not responded to it.
