United Nations Chinese Language Day is observed annually on April 20.
On the eve of the Day, Brazilians from all walks of life who love Chinese and its culture gathered at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro to exchange learning experiences and renew friendships between the two countries. In recent years, more and more Brazilians are interested in Chinese culture and its language, especially among university and middle school students.
