Qin Gang: Chinese modernization not putting China first but promoting global peace and development

Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang has spoken at the opening ceremony of the Lanting Forum on Chinese Modernization and the World in Shanghai on Friday. He said China's path to modernization is the modernization of a huge population and would add strong impetus to global economic recovery. Qin reiterated that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory. He described the Taiwan question as 'the core of the core'.
