Russia says there's need to build up its tactical missile capabilities

Russian Foreign Ministry said on Friday that the arms race, including in the missile sphere, is becoming uncontrollable, and there is a need for Russia to build up its tactical missile capabilities including in Kaliningrad, RIA news agency reported.
The remark came as the fourth Ukraine Defense Contact Group meeting was held at Ramstein U.S. Air Base in Germany, in which Western allies discussed further support, including military aid for Kyiv.
