The Kagbelen interchange, connecting the Guinean capital of Conakry to the prefectures in the country's hinterland, was opened to traffic on Tuesday. The inauguration ceremony was presided over by the president of the transition, in the presence of the Chinese ambassador to Guinea. The construction of this interchange was financed by the fund from the Sino-Guinean framework agreement signed on September 5, 2017 in the Chinese city of Xiamen.
