Expert: China to strengthen commercialization as well as IP protection

The first meeting of the commission for deepening overall reform of the 20th CPC Central Committee called for establishing an innovation system that integrates enterprises, universities and research institutes. Professor Liu Baocheng, the dean at the Center for International Business Ethics at the University of International Business and Economics, says that strengthening commercialization as well as IP protection are some of the major goals for China.
