The Yellow River Delta National Nature Reserve in east China's Shandong Province is a wetland nature reserve that focuses on protecting new wetland ecosystems and rare, endangered birds. It covers a total area of 153,000 hectares along the coast of the Bohai Sea, near both sides of the current flow path and the old path of the Yellow River into the sea.
