Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang has separately met with his counterparts from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan in Xi'an, northwest China's Shaanxi Province. This comes one day ahead of the fourth China-Central Asia Foreign Ministers' Meeting. The representatives from the five Central Asian countries will attend this meeting. The gathering aims to make political preparations for the first China-Central Asia heads of state summit.
