Expert: Talent dividend to provide strong impetus for China's growth

A new report published by the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs on Monday says that India will displace China as the most populous country this month. With the so-called 'demographic dividend' in flux, experts are now looking to a 'talent dividend' as the key driver of China's continued growth. CGTN's Aaron Liu sat down with Guan Qingyou, the dean of Rushi Advanced Institute of Finance, to discuss how China can ride this wave of change.
