A barrage of Russian missile strikes across Ukraine overnight killed at least 12 people, officials said Friday. Interior Minister Igor Klymenko said strikes on the town of Uman south of the capital Kyiv caused "a total of 10 victims," while the mayor of the central city of Dnipro, Borys Filatov, said two people had been killed.
