The first batch of 35 Chinese nationals evacuated from Sudan has departed for China in the morning of Thursday after arriving in Asmara, the capital city of Eritrea, on Wednesday afternoon via Eritrea's southern border city Tessenei, adjacent to the Sudanese border.
