About a hundred pages of roughly 50 secret U.S. Depart of Defense documents have been leaked and have been circulating online for weeks, revealing classified information on U.S. support for Ukraine as well as U.S. spying on allies and foes. Anil Sooklal, deputy director-general for Asia and the Middle East at the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) of South Africa, said that the U.S. isn't playing a leading role in bringing a stable international community.
