Death toll rises to 4 in the shelling on village in Bryansk, Russia

The death toll rose to four after Ukrainian forces shelled the village of Suzemka in Russia's Bryansk region, said the governor Alexander Bogomaz on Sunday.
Two others were injured and hospitalized, the governor said.
There has been no immediate response from the Ukrainian side.
