Three people sustained minor injuries after a magnitude-5.2 earthquake jolted Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, at 11:27 p.m. Beijing Time on May 2.

The epicenter was monitored at 25.35 degrees north latitude and 99.28 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 10 km, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center. The quake was also felt in other cities of the province, including Dali, Lincang, Chuxiong and Mangshi.
