The International Monetary Fund says China's surging consumption is injecting robust growth dynamics across the Asia-Pacific region, despite weaker demand from the rest of the world. Professor Liu Baocheng, Dean of the Center for International Business Ethics at the University of International Business and Economics, says that the Chinese government has been focusing on supporting economic growth with the right policy.
