The United Nations Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, warns that Afghanistan faces the largest humanitarian crisis in today's world. Guterres says 97% of the population is living in poverty. Two-thirds require humanitarian assistance to survive this year. He also calls for more funding for the UN humanitarian response plan.
