China has released an investigation report disclosing more details about cyber attacks conducted by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) on other countries. It says the CIA has extensively exploited "zero day" vulnerabilities including backdoors and loopholes, to conduct phased attacks on global network servers, terminals and routers. Einar Tangen, senior fellow of Taihe Institute, says it is certain that with U.S.'s ever-growing military and security budget, the CIA will continue its cyber attacks.
