Before traveling to India for a meeting of the foreign ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation member states, China's State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang paid a three-day visit to Myanmar.
Qin is promoting cooperation with the neighboring countries through regional schemes.
