An incredible tree-shaped landscape amid snow has been naturally formed in Gerze County of Ali Prefecture in southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region.
Water erosion and sediment accumulation sculpted this plot of land to resemble a giant tree when viewed from above.
The roots and branches of this enormous tree were even more noticeable after the area was covered by thick snow.
Meanwhile, a cold wave brought snow and rime to the southern mountainous area of Manasi County in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, turning the place into a wonderland.
Several Tianshan wapiti, a deer species under China's second-class national protection, were seen relaxing and foraging for food around the mountain's slopes.
