China said on Monday that the country will never forget NATO's barbaric atrocities of bombing the Chinese embassy in Belgrade in 1999, which killed three Chinese journalists and injuring more than 20 Chinese diplomats.
"We will never forget their blood and lives sacrificed for preserving truth and justice," said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin.
Wang urged the NATO allies to "reflect on their criminal acts," abandon the Cold War mentality, and stop provoking bloc confrontation.
He also called on the bloc to make concrete actions in promoting peace and stability in Europe and the world.
