Driver arrested after 8 killed in Brownsville, Texas

At least eight people were killed and several others injured when an SUV slammed into a crowd in the border city of Brownsville, Texas on Sunday. The victims had been waiting at a bus stop outside a shelter for migrants and homeless people. At least 4 people were hospitalized, as well as the driver. The male motorist was charged with reckless driving and other charges are expected to follow.
