Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has met with South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol in Seoul, though long-standing disputes between the two countries are overshadowing the visit. Professor Cheng Xiaohe from the School of International Studies at Renmin University of China says the historical issues between Tokyo and Seoul will cause trouble in bilateral relations.
