Sayram Lake has melted extensively as the temperatures keep rising in Bortala, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The icy azure-blue lake has taken on a breathtakingly stunning view. Sayram Lake is known as the "the last teardrop of the Atlantic" because it's the farthest place reached by the warm, humid air currents of the Atlantic Ocean.
