One person was killed and another injured after an Israeli strike on Gaza on Wednesday, Reuters reported, citing Palestinian medical officials.
Earlier, Al Jazeera reported that an explosion was heard in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza Strip.
The Israel Defense Forces said it targeted "Islamic Jihad terrorist organization" operatives at a rocket launch site in Gaza.
