Palestinian militants in Gaza Strip launched 547 rockets and mortars at Israel as of 2:30 p.m. local time on Thursday, the Times of Israel reported, citing the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
The IDF said at least 394 of the projectiles crossed the border, while 124 fell short in Gaza, adding that it has carried out strikes against 166 sites belonging to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
