A vast sea of wild rhododendron flowers is in full bloom on Longquan Mountain in Danzhai County, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, southwest China's Guizhou Province.
From April to May, the entire mountain is covered in red, white and purple flowers, attracting numerous tourists to visit the area.
Rhododendron is a very large genus of over 1,000 species of woody plants, spreading across Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania. China has the most abundant rhododendron germplasm resources, and is home to over 600 types of rhododendron flowers.
