Xian city, the oldest surviving capital of ancient China, is home to thousands of years of Chinese heritage. The Bell Tower of Xian is a well-known symbol of the city, which was built in 1384 during the early Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). It is the largest and best-preserved structure of its kind from ancient China and marks the geographical center of Xian.
