Brazil's coastal city of Fortaleza and China's coastal city of Xiamen established sister city ties in Fortaleza on Friday. During the signing ceremony, the mayor of Xiamen, Huang Wenhui, stated that the sister-city agreement has opened a new chapter in practical exchanges between the two cities.
