Myanmar has issued its highest-level red cyclone alert on Saturday for Cyclone Mocha, which is forecast to be the strongest cyclone to hit the country in more than a decade. Mocha is the first major cyclone of the season to form in the Bay of Bengal off Myanmar's western coast.
