As history buffs across the world have been awaiting the much-delayed opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum, whose opening date is yet to be confirmed, limited tours are now being offered by this complex in a bid to "test site readiness and the visitor experience ahead of the official opening." According to the museum's website, it is expected to host about 100,000 ancient artifacts and will become one of the largest museums in the world.
