Shelling and air strikes continue to pound parts of Sudan's capital with little sign of a de-escalation despite ceasefire talks in Saudi Arabia. Zhang Yongpeng, a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of West-Asian and African Studies from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, says that international intervention is key to ease the conflict in Sudan.
