Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks with Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki on Monday in Beijing. "China and Eritrea enjoy a profound traditional friendship," said Xi, stressing that, "May 24 this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries. We should take this opportunity to push for better development of bilateral relations."
