- Russia said Kyiv had attacked Moscow with eight drones on Tuesday and two people were injured. The Russian Defense Ministry called it a "terrorist attack" by unmanned aerial vehicles on facilities.
- Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday signed a law on the denunciation of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE) by Moscow.
- Russia put U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham on the wanted list for saying "the Russians are dying" and saying U.S. support was the "best money we've ever spent." Graham said he had simply praised the spirit of Ukrainians.
- Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada, or parliament, on Monday approved a bill to impose sanctions on Russian ally Iran for 50 years.
