Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev reached Xian on Wednesday afternoon – the first Central Asian leader to arrive for the China-Central Asia Summit. This will be the first time the leaders of the five Central Asian countries – Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan – and China will meet together in person.
