The Chinese mainland reopens to travel agencies to resume group tours for Taiwan region residents from Friday, Ma Xiaoguang, spokesperson for the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, said on the same day.
Ma said that Taiwan compatriots are welcome to travel to the mainland to visit the beautiful rivers and mountains and see new developments.
