In an interview with CGTN anchor Xu Qinduo, history professor Peter Kuznick of the American University pointed out the West is inconsistent in wielding sanctions, accusing China of fueling a debt crisis while raking in global wealth itself. He said the world sees China in a different way because they have recognized the West's hypocrisy of "saying one thing and doing another."
