"Don't give me a fish, teach me how to catch a fish." Croatia's ex-Vice Premier Ante Simonic tells CGTN's Zhang Meng that China is very developed in the fields of knowledge, science, technology and education, and working out how to deal with a world that is changing so fast is extremely important.
