Eighteen couples took part in a group wedding ceremony in Wuhan, central China's Hubei Province, on May 20. Among them were many people who had worked hard during the COVID-19 outbreak in Wuhan in 2020. They were dressed in red Chinese outfits and participated in traditional Chinese wedding customs. The wedding ceremony was held in front of the Yellow Crane Tower, a famous landmark which dates back 1,800 years. May 20 is one of China's many Valentine's Days because the numbers "520" sound like "wo ai ni" or "I love you" in Mandarin.
