Sudan's army and paramilitary RSF sign 7-day ceasefire agreement

Sudan's warring parties have signed an agreement for a seven-day ceasefire as fighting enters its sixth week. The ceasefire will take effect from 19:45 GMT on May 22. The deal was announced Saturday by the U.S. and Saudi Arabia which sponsored ceasefire talks between the Sudanese army and the paramilitary RSF.
