"China's fine traditional culture very much includes the unique and important cultural contributions of China's minority nationalities," said Roland Boer, a distinguished professor at the School of Philosophy at Renmin University of China during the sub-forum 1 of the 2023 Forum on the Development of Xizang, China on Tuesday. 

He also said, "Educational quality is notably improving and of a high level, and ecological programs [in China] are making significant developments and actual world-class breakthroughs."
