Ukraine says one Black Sea grain deal port has halted operations

The Ukrainian port of Pivdennyi has had to halt operations because Russia is not allowing ships to enter it, Ukrainian Deputy Renovation Minister Yuriy Vaskov told Reuters on Tuesday. This is in effect cutting it out of a deal allowing safe Black Sea grain exports.

There has been no response from Russia yet.
