Shaanxi, a province known for its rich history and mouth-watering cuisine, has recently ramped up its efforts in ecological protection. An inland province with relatively dry weather, Shaanxi had been plagued by soil erosion for centuries. Yet over the decade, it has carried out "green transformation" campaigns from multiple dimensions, from protecting biodiversity to strengthening the management of human activities.
