Russian President Vladimir Putin held a phone call with Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on Friday, Sputnik News reported, citing the Kremlin, adding Putin confirmed that the Russian side is ready for dialogue on the situation in Ukraine.
Lula reiterated his country's willingness to talk to both sides of the Ukraine conflict seeking peace, according to Lula's tweet.
