Mbaya: Report could be linked to Western concerns over China's influence in Kenya

A senior Kenyan security official dismissed a Reuters report on an alleged Chinese hack of Kenyan government agencies. The Chinese Embassy in Kenya also slammed the Reuters news report, calling it "pure nonsense." CGTN talks with international relations expert Boaz Mbaya, who is a former Kenyan ambassador to the African Union. He said the incident could have something to do with Western countries' concerns over China's growing influence in Africa.
