Chinese President Xi Jinping on Friday held talks with President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) Felix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, who is in China for a state visit. They announced the elevation of the bilateral relationship from a strategic partnership of win-win cooperation to a comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.
