Dr. Sam Seun from the Royal Academy of Cambodia told CGTN's Xinchen-Gerald Xu that the U.S.-announced Indo-Pacific Economic Framework undermines ASEAN's centrality by excluding Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. Dr. Seun added that U.S. foreign policies change when it elects a new administration, which is why the "Indo-Pacific Economic Framework" will not last long.
