Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy by his decree put into effect the decision of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) on the application of economic and other restrictive measures to 51 Russian individuals and 220 legal entities, the official website of Ukrainian president showed on Saturday.
